Dinner courses will be served at 18:30. Please be seated before 18:30. Late comers will not be served.

Note: IMECS 2015 reception counter is in the lobby of Basement 1

Note:

(1) There are about seventeen minutes for each presentation (including questions and discussions).

(2) LCD projectors and notebooks supporting CD-Rom and USB port connection are provided.

(3) Presenters need to load their presentation files into the notebook before the presentation session (Presenters are welcome to use their own notebooks as well. If MS Powerpoint is used, please convert it to PDF file as a backup to avoid any version problem ).

(4) Presenters need to report to the session chair in the beginning of the session.

(5) In each session, the presentation will follow the order shown below in its corresponding session.
